Rob Timmerman

Director

Rob Timmerman is a graduate of the University of Utah with degrees in Behavioral Science & Health and Sociology with a Criminology Certificate. He has worked with the South Salt Lake Coalition for Drug Free Youth since 2007 and is currently the Coalition Director. He is a certified substance abuse prevention specialist, trained in Too Good for Drugs and Violence, Search Institute’s 40 Developmental Assets, Risk and Protective Factors, and other prevention curriculum.  Mr. Timmerman serves on a number of community boards and councils including South Salt Lake’s Partnership for Success, the Hser Nay Moo Community & Welcome Center Board, and the Utah Prevention Advisory Council.

 Morgan Marietti

Coalition Coordinator

Morgan joined the South Salt Lake Coalition for Drug Free Youth in 2011 and is currently the Coalition Coordinator. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist as well as a Certified Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist and has worked as a group leader and family coach for a family-based substance abuse prevention program called Strengthening Families. Morgan has also been involved with a number of other prevention services and through this work, she has dedicated her life to giving back to her community. She recently received recognition for her service work by graduating from the University of Utah as a Service-Learning Scholar with a degree in Health Promotion and Education with an emphasis in Community Health. Morgan is currently pursuing her masters degree at the University of Utah and is focusing her masters project on substance abuse prevention in adolescents. In her free time, Morgan not only plays ice hockey but she also gives back to her community by coaching an all girls competitive ice hockey team and serves as the Luminary Chair for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Salt Lake.
